Job Summary:

Euro-Therapies is seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team in Pontiac and Wayne, Michigan. In this role, you will work directly with clients under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), implementing individualized behavior intervention plans and supporting skill development.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, clinic, or community settings Collect and record data on client progress accurately Support development of communication, social, and daily living skills Maintain professionalism and adhere to RBT ethical standards Collaborate with supervisors and team members to ensure client success

Qualifications:

Active RBT certification (required) High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred) Experience working with children or individuals with autism/developmental disabilities preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to follow structured plans and work independently Reliable transportation may be required
