In this dynamic role, youll contribute your expertise in conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and developing positive behavior support plans (PBSPs). Your leadership extends to coaching and modeling best practices for staff, guiding effective data collection, and providing ongoing supervision for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to review intervention progress, refine strategies, and deliver hands-on professional development that empowers educators. Desired Qualifications and Experience:

Active BCBA certification required Demonstrated experience in school settings working with both general and special education teams Proficient in conducting FBAs and developing PBSPs Ability to coach, mentor, and provide professional development to school personnel Strong collaboration and consultation skills with educators, administrators, and families Knowledge of effective data collection methods and intervention analysis Experience supervising RBTs is preferred
