We're seeking skilled RBTs to provide essential support within an elementary school setting. This contract position offers the chance to work closely with students who will benefit greatly from your compassion and behavioral expertise. Youll collaborate with educational teams and families to foster growth, build meaningful connections, and deliver effective ABA strategies. With immediate interviews and two positions available, your contribution will help shape the experiences of students at a single, vibrant school site.

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

Current RBT certification in good standing Experience working with elementary-aged children, preferably within a school setting Understanding of ABA therapy principles and data collection Strong communication skills with students, families, and staff Ability to remain flexible, proactive, and engaging in a dynamic environment CPR/First Aid certification is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver one-on-one and group ABA-based interventions under supervision of a BCBA Collect and document data to monitor student progress and inform ongoing therapy Provide support for daily academic and behavioral goals Assist in developing and implementing individualized behavior plans Communicate regularly with school staff and family members to share updates
