At Behavioral Health Works, our Behavior Technicians work one-on-one with kids with autism, helping them build communication, social, and everyday life skills through ABA therapy. No corporate fluff. What you'll actually be doing: Working directly with kids using play-based ABA therapy (yes, you get paid to play) Teaching communication, social, and self-help skills Tracking progress and collecting session data on your phone or tablet Partnering with families and a clinical team that has your back What's in it for you: Pay & Perks Competitive pay - $21 to $28/hr Flexible schedules (3pm to 8pm, minimum 3 days/week) Complete your RBT training within 14 days and earn a bonus, plus we cover your RBT exam fees Bilingual?
