Standish Pay:
Starting at $16/hr less than 6 months expeirence
Type:
Part-time What's the job? You'll work one-on-one with awesome kids on the autism spectrum, helping them learn, grow, and shine — all through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. No experience? No problem! We'll train you. You'll be part of a supportive team, and you'll learn skills you can use for a lifetime! Quality In-person supervision with a BCBA, support sessions from trained RBT's, and on-site managers for immediate scheduling and hands-on training. What we're looking for A big heart and patience to match Consistent attendance Strong communication skills Can pass a background check Willing to get CPR/First Aid and QBS certified Able to lift up to 50 lbs and keep up with active kids What you'll do Work 1:1 with kids with autism during therapy sessions Follow each child's personalized plan Keep accurate session notes Bring fun and excitement to a variety of client programs Maintain highest standard of dignity and respect for clientele Work closely with our other amazing techs, therapists, and clinicians Help keep the center clean and safe Participate in regular team trainings Schedule & Perks Flexible scheduling After school sessions and some Saturdays as families need Paid training Professional growth opportunities Referral bonuses 401K, Health, Dental, Vision opportunities Partnered University scholarships and family college discounts Fun monthly and seasonal events and community opportunities Supportive practicum program If you're ready to make a difference, have fun, and be part of a caring team, we'd love to meet you!
