Key Qualifications:
Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required Experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in a school or educational setting Strong understanding and application of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles Ability to collect data accurately and maintain thorough documentation Excellent communication skills for collaborating with teachers, parents, and other support staff Compassionate, patient, and adaptable approach to supporting students' individual needs
Primary Responsibilities:
Implement individualized behavior intervention plans developed by supervising Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) Deliver 1:1 or small group ABA therapy to students with behavioral, developmental, or autism spectrum needs Track and record behavioral data to measure progress toward treatment goals Work together with teachers and school staff to support a positive, inclusive classroom environment Participate in team meetings and professional development as directed Encourage and reinforce positive student behaviors, fostering social and academic growth This contract role is an ideal match for someone seeking flexibility and the ability to make a genuine difference in the lives of students.
