Job Description

SOAR Autism Center is a tight-knit organization that prides itself on providing exceptional ABA services in the Waterford and surrounding communities, SOAR Autism Center is looking for a caring and enthusiastic BCBA to provide high quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with autism. SOAR strives to meet individualized goals and family needs by providing both in-home and center-based services for children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other developmental disabilities. Applicants should have a BCBA and be in good standing with the BACB. Full time and part time positions are available.
Responsibilities Include:
Conducting functional assessments and submitting reports that meet the requirements of funding sources Developing treatment plans and making ongoing adjustments to client programs as needed Communicate with funding sources in regard to client progress, authorizations, goals, and parent goals Communicate feedback, training, and support to staff Conduct weekly or biweekly parent trainings Implementation of programs and working directly with clients when needed Track and write supervision notes based on client observations Help conduct weekly staff meetings
Qualifications Include:
Valid driver's license and reliable insured transportation Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Knowledge of ABA Possess superior leadership, time management, and communication skills Experience providing feedback Ability to take initiative Strong communication skills Ability to work in collaborative team environment Our team values consistent training for all staff, teamwork, and we are continuously looking to provide high quality services.

$65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
