As a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering evidence-based behavioral interventions, conducting comprehensive assessments, and developing individualized treatment plans for children and adolescents with neurodevelopmental disorders, including autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Your expertise will help foster meaningful progress in clients' communication, social skills, and daily functioning while ensuring compassionate patient care. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a lasting impact in the field of applied behavior analysis (ABA) and behavioral health. Responsibilities Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and behavioral psychological assessments to identify client needs and inform intervention strategies Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on data collection and analysis Perform diagnostic evaluations and patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment pathways Provide direct clinical supervision to behavior technicians and support staff, ensuring adherence to ABA principles and ethical standards Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously during therapy sessions to track client progress and adjust interventions as needed Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care plans and facilitate effective communication Maintain accurate medical documentation, medical records, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations for client confidentiality Requirements Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or eligible for certification with relevant experience in applied behavior analysis Experience working with children, especially those with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder (ASD) Strong background in behavioral therapy techniques, functional assessment, and behavior intervention strategies Knowledge of medical terminology, medical documentation practices, and experience working within healthcare or school settings Proven ability to perform behavioral health assessments including Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA) and diagnostic evaluation Experience working with individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders in home-based or school environments is highly desirable Excellent client communication skills with the ability to build rapport and foster trust with children and families Familiarity with HIPAA regulations, medical records management, and clinical supervision standards Join us in making a difference!
