Role:

Bluemind Therapy LLC is looking for a passionate and dedicated Behavior Technician to join our growing team in Ypsilanti, MI. In this rewarding role, you'll make a direct and meaningful impact on the lives of individuals by delivering evidence-based behavioral interventions. Responsibilities:

Implement individualized ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA Collect accurate and consistent data on client behavior and progress during each session Provide 1:1 direct therapy to clients in home, clinic, or community settings Use positive reinforcement strategies to teach communication, social, and daily living skills Maintain professional and supportive relationships with clients and their families Participate in team meetings, trainings, and ongoing supervision sessions Follow behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and safety protocols consistently

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred Prior experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or developmental disabilities preferred RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification is a plus or willingness to obtain Strong communication, patience, and interpersonal skills Ability to work flexible hours including afternoons, evenings, or weekends Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Must pass a background check and meet all state compliance requirements
