Job Description

Category Schools - RBT - Registered Behavior Technician Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding behavioral health role supporting students as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with a contract position located near Ann Arbor, MI. This full-time opportunity is available for two motivated RBTs who are ready to make an immediate impact from now through the end of the school year. As an RBT working in a supportive school setting, you'll be providing one-on-one and group behavioral interventions that empower students to achieve their full potential.
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required Experience delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions, preferably in a school or pediatric setting Familiarity with data collection, behavior intervention plans, and consistent progress monitoring Strong communication and collaboration skills for effectively partnering with teachers, staff, and families Demonstrated patience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for fostering student growth
Primary Responsibilities:
Implement ABA therapy and individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision Monitor and record data on student behaviors and intervention efficacy Collaborate with educational teams to modify plans as needed and ensure student success Support students' social, academic, and behavioral development in classroom and community settings Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development as required
