$18.40 - $20.40 per hour (Starting at $18.40 with performance evaluations and raise opportunities at 90 days, 6 months, and 1 year).

Role:

As a Behavior Technician at Hope Discovery ABA Services, you will work 1:1 with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders. Under the direct guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will help kids build social, verbal, and life skills using positive reinforcement.

Schedule & Location:

Zeeland Center Hours:

Monday & Thursday (8:00 AM - 6:30 PM), Tuesday, Wednesday, & Friday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM).

Community/Home-Based:

Some travel is required to work with clients directly in their homes or local community spaces.

What You Will Do:

Deliver direct 1:1 behavioral therapy and skill-building activities to children. Follow specific behavior plans and support protocols structured by your supervisor. Track and record client progress data accurately during your sessions. Maintain positive, professional communication with parents and your clinical team.

Requirements:

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent (Required).

Background Check:

Ability to pass a standard criminal background check.

Transportation:

Must have a reliable vehicle to travel to home-based clients

Physical Ability:

Comfortable being active on your feet, bending, kneeling, and safely lifting between 25-50 lbs while working with children. Preferred (But Not Required): Experience working with children (ages 0-18) in a classroom, daycare, camp, or 1:1 setting. An active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certificate.
