Schedule:

Full-Time and Part-Time positions available Clinic-based daytime hours What You'll Do As a Behavior Technician, you'll work directly with children with autism to help them develop communication, social, behavioral, play, and daily living skills using evidence-based ABA therapy.

Responsibilities include:

Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in our clinic Facilitate small-group activities when appropriate Implement individualized treatment plans developed by supervising BCBAs Collect accurate, real-time session data using Motivity Complete same-day session notes and documentation Participate in ongoing supervision, training, and team meetings Build positive, respectful relationships with children and families Maintain dependable attendance to provide consistent care for clients QualificationsRequired High school diploma or GED Passion for working with children Reliable transportation to our Bloomington clinic Ability to maintain a consistent work schedule Strong communication and teamwork skills Willingness to learn and receive coaching Preferred Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification Working toward RBT certification Experience in ABA, childcare, special education, psychology, education, or human services Bilingual in Amharic, Arabic, or Tigrinya (highly valued) Compensation & Benefits $18.00-$21.50 per hour , based on experience, credentials, and qualifications.
