Job Description

This is an ideal opportunity for candidates with a master's degree in a behavioral science field who are looking to: Gain hands-on experience in 245D services Receive ongoing support and professional development Make a direct impact supporting individuals with behavioral and mental health needs What you'll do Provide 1:1 positive support services to individuals with behavioral needs Conduct functional assessments and help develop person-centered support plans Implement evidence-based strategies to reduce maladaptive behaviors Collect and analyze behavioral data to track progress Train and collaborate with staff and caregivers Monitor and adjust support plans based on client outcomes Support clients in building coping skills and daily living skills What we offer Flexible scheduling Professional development support Supportive team environment Opportunity for growth into leadership roles Requirements We are open to candidates who meet one or more of the following: a Master's degree in: Behavioral Sciences or related fields Social Work (MSW) Psychology / Applied Behavior Analysis Counseling (LPCC track) Special Education Experience or interest in: Behavioral support services Functional assessment and data collection Supporting individuals with mental health or developmental disabilities Additional requirements Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to transport clients in a personal vehicle if needed Ability to lift up to 50 lbs PI286896469
