Job Description

JtC AUSM is a Christian organization specializing in supporting individuals with autism and related diagnoses. Established in 2018, we are committed to making a positive impact in the lives of children below the age of 21.
Position Overview:
We are currently seeking compassionate and professional individuals to join our team as Behavior Technician/Direct Providers. JtC AUSM helps children below the age of 21 with Autism and related diagnoses develop their social skills and develop their relationships with their social circle. This role involves providing 1:1 support to individuals with autism in their homes, community, and our centers which are located in Burnsville, St. Louis Park. Required for this position Candidates from educational backgrounds in child development, education, psychology, and social work or any relevant field can apply! Relevant hands-on experience working with children with disabilities is a huge plus! Candidates must have a reliable car for transportation and be willing to provide transportation for clients.
Responsibilities:
Work directly with individuals with autism and related diagnoses to enhance social skills and foster relationships. Provide support in home, center, and community settings Collaborate with a dedicated team to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients.
Locations:
Our services extend to Scott County, Hennepin County, and Anoka County, Minnesota. We operate centers in St.

Louis Park, Burnsville.

Pay :
starting with $24/hour based on experience and education
Training :
Two days of training
Schedule:
Monday through Friday evening shift (3:30pm-6:30pm-) &(4:30 pm - 8:00 pm) Also Saturday 8am-4pm. www.jtcausm.com
