Qualifications & Experience:

Active BCBA certification and state licensure required Experience in school-based or pediatric behavioral analysis preferred Ability to manage a flexible, floating caseload across multiple schools Strong communication and problem-solving skills Capacity to work independently and within interdisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

Conduct behavioral assessments for students of varying ages Develop and implement individualized behavioral intervention plans Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and support staff (including supervision of support staff such as Paras, RBTs, CNAs, or LPNs as assigned) Provide detailed documentation, progress monitoring, and data-driven recommendations Serve in a flexible, floating capacity to meet needs across several school sites
