We provide neuropsychological evaluations for children and are dedicated to having a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients. We strive to achieve this by providing a supportive atmosphere that gives families and individuals the tools they need to establish stability and a strong sense of direction in their lives. Goldfinch Neurobehavioral Services, LLC is located in Eden Prairie, Minnesota approximately 15 miles south/southwest of downtown Minneapolis and St. Paul. The Position We are currently in search of an energetic, driven individual who can assist us with test administration and scoring. This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm.

Responsibilities & Duties:

Testing Responsibilities

  • Provide a neat, professional impression to all clinic visitors
  • Pull test materials and set up online protocols as directed
  • Administer psychological and neuropsychological testing measures
  • Manage child behaviors and adapt test administration as needed for each patient
  • Score psychological and neuropsychological testing measures
  • Consult with rendering provider on behavioral observations
  • Write behavioral observations
  • Template testing scores Administrative Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support as needed (answer phones, schedule patients, check-ins patients, process payments)
  • Maintain testing materials supply inventory
  • Assist with scanning and double-checking of scans
  • Assist with light cleaning and tidying
  • Engage in play or interactions with children waiting for their parents to complete their portions of evaluations Personnel
  • Assist with on-boarding of new psychometrists Other
  • Other duties as assigned by Clinic Director Education & Experience Requirements Four-year college degree ideally in neuroscience, psychology or related field Experience with psychological or neuropsychological testing preferred but not required Experience in mental health care or education preferred but not required Excellent behavior management skills Strong interpersonal communication skills Proficiency with all Microsoft Office software Strong attention to detail Professional, personable image Mental & Physical Requirements • Ability to multitask and manage various projects in an organized fashion • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Ability to problem-solve independently, seek direction appropriately, and perform well under pressure • Ability to self-motivate and work independently Trustworthiness in handling sensitive information (preference given to candidates with HIPAA compliance knowledge and training) Ability to sit for long periods of time Positive attitude with strong team-player mentality
