Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Qualified Supervising Professional (QSP) — EIDBI (Early Intensive Developmental Behavioral Intervention) to lead and oversee high-quality, evidence-based services for children with developmental delays. Responsibilities Supervise and mentor EIDBI service providers to ensure delivery of effective, individualized intervention plans aligned with best practices. Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of treatment plans tailored to each child's unique needs. Ensure all services comply with state licensing requirements, Medicaid regulations, and organizational policies. Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to promote consistent and effective intervention strategies. Conduct regular team meetings to review progress, address challenges, and foster ongoing professional development. Maintain detailed documentation of clinical activities, progress notes, and service records in accordance with regulatory standards. Monitor service quality metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance client outcomes. Qualifications Valid licensure as a Licensed Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Licensed Psychologist, or other qualified mental health professional as defined by state regulations. Proven experience supervising behavioral health or developmental services for children with autism spectrum disorder or related developmental delays. Strong knowledge of EIDBI service delivery models, evidence-based interventions, and applicable regulatory requirements. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with families, team members, and external agencies. Demonstrated leadership ability to motivate teams and foster a positive work environment. Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Preferred certifications include Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), or equivalent credentials.
