We need someone who understands Minnesota Assisted Living . Someone who can review an assessment or service plan and recognize what's missing. Someone who understands medication management and delegation. Someone who knows what documentation needs to support. Someone who has been through a state survey and understands what surveyors are evaluating. Someone who recognizes that survey readiness isn't a project you start when you hear the state is coming. It's the result of operating correctly every day. Your experience with Minnesota Assisted Living regulations will be an important part of how you lead this community. What You'll OwnClinical Operations Oversee daily nursing operations within Assisted Living and Memory Care. Ensure assessments and individualized service plans accurately reflect resident needs. Monitor changes in condition and ensure appropriate clinical intervention. Oversee medication management and clinical documentation. Support admissions and resident transitions. Evaluate clinical processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Partner with physicians, pharmacies, hospitals, therapists, hospice, home health, and other healthcare providers. Regulatory Compliance Maintain strong working knowledge of Minnesota Assisted Living regulations . Maintain ongoing survey readiness. Participate in state surveys and regulatory reviews. Conduct audits to proactively identify compliance concerns. Develop and implement corrective action when necessary. Monitor documentation, assessments, service plans, medication processes, and staff competencies. Educate employees on regulatory expectations and translate regulations into everyday practice. What We're Looking For Active Minnesota Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing. Meaningful experience within Assisted Living and/or Memory Care . Nursing leadership, supervisory, or management experience. Strong understanding of Minnesota Assisted Living regulations and state survey processes . Experience participating in surveys and maintaining regulatory readiness. Experience supervising licensed and unlicensed clinical employees. Strong knowledge of assessments, service planning, medication management, documentation, and clinical quality. Ability to coach, develop, and hold employees accountable. Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Experience with electronic medical records. Your Experience Should Give You a Voice.
