Job Summary We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Advanced Behavior Technicians (ABA) to join our team in providing high-quality behavioral therapy services. This full-time and part-time position offers an opportunity to work closely with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism, to promote meaningful progress through evidence-based interventions. The role involves implementing individualized treatment plans, collecting data, and supporting clients in achieving their goals within a supportive clinical environment. Duties Implement ABA therapy programs tailored to each client's needs, focusing on skill development and behavior reduction strategies. Collect accurate and detailed data during therapy sessions to monitor progress and inform treatment adjustments. Assist with intake assessments and behavioral evaluations to determine client needs and develop appropriate intervention plans. Support clients during therapy sessions, ensuring safety and engagement while fostering a positive learning environment. Maintain thorough and compliant medical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and behavioral records in accordance with HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with supervisors, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions. Participate in ongoing training related to applied behavior analysis, medical terminology, diagnostic evaluation, and patient care best practices. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Early Childhood Education, Special Education, or a related human services field Minimum 6 months of experience working with children Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques, applied behavior analysis (ABA), and special education principles. Strong skills in data collection, patient assessment, and medical documentation. Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality of medical records. Ability to work effectively with people with autism or other disabilities in a patient-centered manner. Excellent communication skills for working with clients, families, and team members.
