Design, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans grounded in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles for children with autism spectrum disorders and other neurodevelopmental disorders. Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to client progress to inform treatment adjustments and ensure measurable outcomes. Provide clinical supervision and training to behavior technicians and staff, ensuring adherence to best practices in behavioral health and compliance with HIPAA regulations. Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to facilitate seamless communication and promote consistency across environments. Maintain accurate medical documentation, client records, and progress notes in accordance with medical terminology standards and legal requirements. Support intake processes by conducting patient assessments, coordinating diagnostic evaluations, and facilitating initial client onboarding. Experience Proven experience working with children or individuals with disabilities in settings such as home-based therapy, schools, or clinics. Strong background in data collection methods related to behavior analysis and experience conducting behavioral psychological assessments. Demonstrated expertise in applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavior intervention strategies, functional assessments, and functional behavior assessments (FBA). Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, patient care procedures, and documentation standards compliant with HIPAA regulations. Experience working specifically with individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders or other neurodevelopmental disorders is highly preferred. Prior clinical supervision experience or training is advantageous for guiding team members effectively. Knowledge of school-based programs or experience working within educational settings enhances your ability to support clients across environments.
