Job Description

Behavior Technician (BT) At Blue Behavioral Therapy, we are committed to providing high-quality behavioral analysis services to individuals with developmental disabilities. We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Behavior Technician and or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
Responsibilities:
Implement behavioral therapy interventions under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Work 1:1 with clients following individualized and evidence-based interventions Collect data throughout the session and complete after session notes to track client progress Maintain strong communication with families and supervisors
Experience:
Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and principles Familiarity with special education practices and strategies Ability to collect and analyze data for treatment evaluation Proficient in medical documentation and record keeping Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients, families, and team member.

Bloomington, MN Qualification:
Must be 18 y/o or older A strong desire to make a meaningful and lasting difference Strong communication and documentation skills Criminal background check clearance High School Diploma/GED Registered Behavior Technician, Psychology major, Special education teachers preferred but not required.

$20.71 - $23.00 per hour
