From $18.00 per hour Job description: At Ultimate Sustainability, your work truly makes a difference! We create bright, sustainable futures for young adults with Autism and related conditions, by helping turn their challenges into victories and inspiring and supporting them to reach their full potential. As a Behavior Technician, you will support our program Participants by actively engaging them through one-on-one interactions, group and structured activities, and a variety of pre-planned community outings. Our program work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm.
Responsibilities:
Must follow safety protocols and ensure there is a healthy, clean environment at all times. Provide positive support to Participants during activities, such as physical exercise, arts and crafts, and recreational games. Engage with participants during mealtimes and snack breaks. Accompany Participants on all community outings, providing supervision and assistance to keep them safe and engaged. Provide group transportation on outings with your personal vehicle, mileage is reimbursed. Support the execution of Participant's services and protocols per their treatment plan, and complete Goals Notes for each Participant daily. Must be able to maintain regular attendance. Minimum Qualifications:
At least 18 years old. Must pass the NetStudy DHS background check. Must be knowledgeable of and adhere to all Behavior Technician regulatory requirements of a 245D licensed day program provider (company provides training upon hire). Must have a reliable and clean vehicle to transport Participants, a current driver's license, registration, and auto insurance. Must be able to effectively communicate with Participants, team members, and the community population. CPR/First Aid AED Certification (company provides upon hire).
