Job Description
ABA Staff Development Coordinator
Fraser
- Saint Cloud, MN Fraser

Responsibilities:
- Independently assess staffing ratios for services and collaborate with Human Resources and ABA Managers/ABA Service Controller to meet program staffing and budget needs in intensive ABA services.
- Be Subject Matter Expert in conducting effective interviews, and act as a gatekeeper for the Fraser brand and ABA clinical quality.
- Monitor and ensure staff meet training requirements in a timely manner and proactively communicating barriers to supervisors.
- Monitor and track daily attendance of all assigned ABA staff.
- Coordinate clinical new hire onboarding for ABA Program Staff, including:
- Conduct onboarding trainings
- Coordinate support for trainers
- Create orientation training schedules, training guides, and related materials packet
- Complete mandatory health and safety trainings and skills assessments (e.g., CPR, First Aid, Safety Care)
- Provide guidance to new staff prior to their onboarding and for first 90 days of hire as needed

Available Location and Schedule:
- St. Cloud, MN
- Monday through Friday 7:30am-4pm
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) preferred
- Valid Minnesota Driver's License with acceptable record required
- Ability to pass DHS Background Check
- Experience with children with special needs required
- Effective communication in the English language
- Computer proficiency using Word and Excel with proficiency in keyboarding skills
