Shifts:
4 to 8 hours per day About UPLIFT Autism Center UPLIFT Autism Center is where growth begins. We provide center, in-home and community-based ABA services, and family training to children ages 2-12 with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Our approach is culturally responsive, family-centered, and rooted in evidence-based practices. Position Overview We are hiring Behavior Technicians (Level II) to provide center / in-home ABA therapy to children diagnosed with autism and related developmental conditions. You will implement individualized programs under the guidance of a Qualified Supervising Professional (QSP) and help children build meaningful communication, social, and life skills. Karen-speaking candidates are strongly encouraged to apply due to the language needs of our client families. What You'll Do Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in center / client's home Follow a treatment plan developed by a
BCBA/QSP
Accurately collect data using Enlight's electronic system (ABA Desk) Support children in natural routines Communicate with caregivers and clinical supervisors Participate in regular supervision and ongoing training Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Willingness to complete DHS-required trainings Passion for working with children with autism Must be reliable, professional, and open to feedback Preferred Qualifications Experience in ABA Good documentation and communication skills Interest in career advancement toward RBT or BCBA What We Offer Paid training and DHS onboarding Supervision and support from experienced QSPs Opportunities to grow into Lead BT, RBT, or BCBA roles Flexible scheduling A supportive and diverse team committed to client and staff success If you're looking to make a difference in children's lives especially within communities that need culturally and linguistically matched care, we want to hear from you.
