Shakopee, MN AnthroMed Education:
AnthroMed Education is seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support a partner school district during an FMLA coverage. This onsite position provides an exciting opportunity to collaborate with educators, related service providers, and families to support students' behavioral and educational success across a PreK-8th grade population. We are looking for a dedicated BCBA who is passionate about creating positive outcomes for students through evidence-based behavioral interventions and collaborative problem-solving. Responsibilities Provide professional development and coaching for Special Education Case Managers and Paraeducators. Develop and implement interventions and evidence-based strategies to support student success. Collaborate on program development and provide consultation to educational teams. Collect and analyze student data to inform the development of positive behavior intervention plans. Provide supervision, training, and ongoing support to district Student Support Specialists. Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze student behaviors to identify effective intervention strategies. Caseload details are to be determined. Qualifications Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or a related field required Previous school-based experience preferred Strong collaboration, communication, and data-analysis skills Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly ranging from $53-68/hour Ongoing support and resources from the AnthroMed team Collaborative and supportive educational environment 401(k) with employer match If you are a passionate BCBA looking to make a meaningful impact in schools while working alongside a dedicated team of professionals, we would love to connect with you!
