Our team provides high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), helping them develop meaningful life skills. We are looking for compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) / Behavior Technicians / ABA Therapists to join our growing team. Responsibilities include:
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Teach and reinforce communication, social, and behavioral skills Collect and record data to track progress (training provided) Participate in supervision sessions and team meetings Work collaboratively with your BCBA and therapy team Qualifications Required RBT Certification High school diploma or equivalent Ability to pass a background check Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate, patient, and reliable Preferred Experience working with children Experience as a
Behavior Technician, ABA Therapist, or RBT Job Details Job Types:
