Brighter Strides ABA is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. This is an in-person position providing ABA services and clinical supervision to clients and RBTs.
Responsibilities:
Conduct initial and ongoing assessments Develop and update individualized treatment plans Provide in-person supervision and support to RBTs Monitor client progress and analyze data Provide parent/caregiver training Collaborate with families, RBTs, and the clinical team Ensure services meet BACB, insurance, and company requirements
Qualifications:
Current BCBA certification Eligible for or currently holds applicable state licensure Experience working with individuals with autism preferred Strong communication and clinical leadership skills Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally to client locations Why Join Brighter Strides ABA? Schedule:
Full-time or part-time opportunities available. Availability for in-person daytime and/or after-school cases is preferred.
