BCBA:
As a Field-Based BCBA at New Dawn ABA, you will have the opportunity to lead, inspire, and make a difference in the lives of children with autism.
Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting detailed behavioral assessments. Developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized behavior intervention plans. Supervising, training, and mentoring RBTs in home, school, and community settings. Collaborating with families and other service providers to ensure a wraparound approach. Upholding the highest ethical standards and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field. Active BCBA certification in good standing. Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Dedication to delivering ethical, high-quality services to children and families. How to
