Make a real difference this school year supporting a vibrant elementary autism classroom as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or experienced paraprofessional. This contract opportunity spans from now through late May, providing a meaningful chance to contribute in a dedicated educational environment near Blue Springs, MO. Youll be joining a collaborative team at an elementary school, working with students who benefit from consistent structure and positive behavioral supports. Days run from 9:00am4:25pm, and your adaptability will be key, as you may be asked to change classrooms or assignments to meet evolving student needs.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential required Experience working in school or behavioral settings is essential Flexibility to transition among classrooms or support assignments as needed Strong interpersonal skills to engage with students, teachers, and staff Willingness to complete district-specific fingerprinting (self-paid)
