AM Job Summary:
This position is designed as an entry level role. Under the close supervision by a Clinical Supervisor, BCBA, the BT will implement behavioral reduction or treatment plans for individuals with behavioral-based developmental disorders.
Essential Duties:
% Of Role Description 100%
  • Working under the supervision of a Clinical Supervisor, BCBA, implements treatment plans meant to reduce problematic behavior or improve daily living skills.
  • Collects and analyzes behavioral data using Central Reach software.
  • Maintains client confidentiality and client dignity.
  • Provides updates to parents or other caretakers regarding client progress or ongoing treatments, as instructed by the Clinical Supervisor.
  • Ensures that all treatments provided follow established behavior reduction and behavior skills protocols.
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
  • Detailed oriented and proficient oral and written communication skills.

High School Diploma Experience:
Some understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
Lic or Cert Ability:
