Reports To:
Supervising BCBA Do you have a passion for helping others? Are you seeking to gain meaningful experience in the areas of ABA, behavioral health, and challenging behaviors?! Join us at BIS! We have Full-Time opportunities open working with our adult clients. This is a great opportunity for those who are interested in taking their career in the direction of ABA, counseling, OT, PT, SLP, Special Education, or similar fields. Additionally, we provide paid practicum opportunities for those seeking supervision towards BCBA certification.
In this position you will:
Work directly under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to implement individualized treatment/behavior plans utilizing the principles of ABA Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to teach new skills Use ABA strategies to decrease behaviors while reinforcing new behaviors and skills Collect data pertaining to individualized treatment plan goals Support clients in a safe and positive manner Communicate effectively with team members Accept feedback and constructive criticism from BCBA and/or Lead RBT to increase skill sets Attend all scheduled meetings, trainings, and supervision sessions Follows current BACB Ethics Code, RBT Task List, and treatment as designed by BCBA Follow all company policies
