Position:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst Full and Part time opportunities available! More than just another ABA company. We actively invest in initiatives that move ABA forward, including: Diversity, equity, and inclusion Environmental and nature-based exposure Performance and fine arts integration Our leadership and clinical teams include BCBAs, PhDs, and active researchers who have: Published 400+ peer-reviewed articles Developed the field's most comprehensive curricula Built programs serving children and families across multiple states Job Description We are seeking dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team and make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities with competitive pay in a supportive, mission-driven, clinician-led environment. Key Responsibilities Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Design and oversee behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs Train and collaborate with caregivers, educators, and behavior technicians Analyze data and adjust interventions to ensure optimal client progress Maintain compliance with ethical, professional, and regulatory standards What We Offer Flexible schedules (hourly & salaried options available) Competitive compensation based on experience, with performance-based raises Bonus opportunities every 6 weeks for full-time salaried BCBAs In-house CEUs on new and progressive ABA assessment, curricula, and intervention Ongoing professional development and mentorship A collaborative, clinician-led, research-informed work environment Qualifications Active BCBA certification and Missouri licensure (or eligibility) Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field Experience with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred Strong analytical, leadership, and collaboration skills Benefits Paid Time Off Paid Sick Time Paid Holidays Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Basic Life Insurance Tuition and CEU reimbursement Mileage reimbursement Referral program Bonus opportunities every 6 weeks for full-time salaried
