Bachelor's degree preferred but not required. What You'll Do As an RBT with Brighter Strides ABA, you'll work 1:1 with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) while receiving guidance and support from a BCBA.
You will:
Implement individualized ABA treatment plans Help clients build communication, social, play, and daily living skills Collect accurate session data and complete documentation Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other members of the clinical team Celebrate meaningful progress with your clients every day New to ABA? If you have experience in childcare, special education, paraprofessional support, behavioral health, developmental disabilities, direct care, or autism services , your skills may transfer well to an RBT position.
