Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in applied behavior analysis and be committed to improving the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism. This role involves conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing ongoing support to clients and their families. Qualifications Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly those on the autism spectrum. Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis techniques and methodologies. Familiarity with medical records management and diagnostic evaluation processes. Understanding of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining confidentiality. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. This position supports different school districts in the University City, MO area. Your duties would include supervision of RBT's and management of behavioral health providers.
Pay:
$55.00 - $60.00 per hour
