Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and highly qualified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for behavioral health and a commitment to improving the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing individualized behavior intervention plans, conducting assessments, and providing supervision to behavior technicians. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact through evidence-based practices and compassionate patient care. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify individual needs and develop tailored intervention strategies. Design, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans grounded in applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles to promote skill development and reduce maladaptive behaviors. Supervise and train behavior technicians, ensuring adherence to treatment protocols and maintaining high standards of patient care. Collect and analyze data systematically to evaluate progress and modify interventions as necessary for optimal outcomes. Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare professionals to ensure consistency across environments and support systems. Maintain accurate medical documentation, including patient records, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Participate in intake procedures, patient assessments, and ongoing clinical reviews to support diagnostic evaluation processes. Uphold confidentiality standards and ensure all services are delivered ethically within the scope of behavioral health practices. Skills Extensive knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and applied behavior analysis methodologies. Proven experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly autism spectrum disorder. Strong data collection skills to track behavioral progress effectively. Familiarity with medical terminology, medical documentation procedures, and electronic health records management. Ability to perform patient assessments accurately while maintaining a compassionate approach. Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients' families, team members, and external professionals. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure privacy and confidentiality of patient information. Experience in special education settings or behavioral health environments is highly desirable. Pay:
$62,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
