Lighthouse CH is seeking an ABA Registered Behavior Technician to support children and families through Christ-centered behavioral health services. The RBT will implement ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA, collect and document behavioral data, and assist in developing skill-building activities in alignment with Christian values. Responsibilities include 1:1 sessions, behavior intervention, family training support, and collaboration with ministry staff.
