Job Description
Lighthouse CH is seeking an ABA Registered Behavior Technician to support children and families through Christ-centered behavioral health services. The RBT will implement ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA, collect and document behavioral data, and assist in developing skill-building activities in alignment with Christian values. Responsibilities include 1:1 sessions, behavior intervention, family training support, and collaboration with ministry staff. This role is ideal for a compassionate, faith-driven professional who desires to integrate clinical excellence with spiritual care in a community-focused nonprofit setting. Responsibilities Implement ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision Provide 1:1 behavioral interventions for children and youth Collect, record, and report accurate behavioral data Support family training and caregiver coaching as directed Assist with development of skill-building and social skills activities Collaborate with ministry and clinical staff to coordinate care Maintain client confidentiality and ethical practice standards Communicate progress and concerns to supervising clinician Participate in team meetings, supervision, and ongoing training Uphold Christian values and Lighthouse CH mission in daily work Required Skills Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) implementation Behavior data collection and charting Behavior intervention plan implementation Functional communication training De-escalation and behavior management techniques Electronic health or data record systems Basic clinical documentation Collaboration with BCBAs and clinical teams Caregiver and family support skills Understanding of confidentiality and HIPAA
