Job Description
Lighthouse CH seeks a BCBA Board Certified Behavior Analyst to provide Christ-centered ABA services to children and families in Delray Beach, FL. In this role, you will conduct assessments, develop individualized behavior intervention plans, and deliver evidence-based ABA therapy grounded in Christian compassion and ethical practice. You will supervise behavior technicians, train caregivers, and collaborate with ministry staff, counselors, and community partners to support holistic healing. Responsibilities Provide ABA assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans for children and families Deliver one-on-one and small group therapy aligned with Christian, trauma-informed, and family-centered care Train, supervise, and mentor behavior technicians and volunteers in ABA best practices Collaborate with pastors, counselors, and community partners to coordinate holistic care and support Collect, analyze, and report behavioral data to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans Communicate regularly with caregivers, offering education, coaching, and faith-informed encouragement Ensure ethical, HIPAA-compliant practice aligned with BACB standards and ministry values Participate in outreach, community education, and ministry events as a clinical representative Required Skills Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA) Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP) development Data collection and analysis Supervision of behavior technicians/RBTs Parent and caregiver training Trauma-informed care Electronic health record (EHR) documentation Interdisciplinary collaboration Crisis prevention and de-escalation
