At Yes ABA Therapy, we are dedicated to providing personalized, evidence-based ABA programs that empower children and families to thrive. As an RBT (Registered Behavioral Technician), you will play a vital role in our team, working closely with our clinicians to deliver high-quality services to our clients.
Responsibilities:
Work one-on-one with clients, implementing behavioral plans and providing individualized support to promote skill acquisition and behavior reduction Collaborate with clinical team members to develop and adjust treatment plans based on client progress Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and program implementation Communicate effectively with clients, families, and clinical team members to ensure seamless collaboration Participate in weekly team meetings to discuss client progress, share knowledge, and receive supervision Adhere to Yes ABA Therapy's policies and procedures, ensuring a high level of quality care and services About the
Role:
As an RBT at Yes ABA Therapy, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families. Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required Ability to work part-time, with flexibility in scheduling Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail in record-keeping and program implementation
