Caseload & Role Focus:

Provide direct behavioral support to students in a school setting Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) developed by supervising professionals Provide 1:1 and/or classroom behavioral support Collect data and monitor student progress Support students with behavioral, developmental, and social-emotional needs Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and related service providers

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver direct behavioral support and interventions to students Implement individualized behavior strategies and BIPs Track and document behaviors, interventions, and student progress Assist with creating positive and supportive learning environments Collaborate with teachers, BCBA staff, special education teams, and related service providers Participate in team meetings as needed Maintain accurate behavioral documentation and data

Requirements:

Active RBT Certification Previous ABA or school-based experience preferred, but not required Ability to work with students with varying behavioral and developmental needs Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary school team Open to Travelers and New Graduates!
