9669694-27217 Job Description A rewarding contract opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a school-based setting near Burlington, NC. This full-time position starts as soon as possible and runs through June 10, 2027, offering consistent weekday hours (MondayFriday, 37.5 hours per week) serving K12 students in need of skilled behavioral support.
Key Qualifications:
Masters Degree and active BCBA certification required Previous experience working with children, including those with disabilities Proven track record working with children on the autism spectrum strongly preferred Prior BCBA experience, especially in educational settings, highly desired Must be confident in supervising both students and at least one other behavioral contractor
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide onsite, evidence-based behavioral analysis and support for a diverse K12 caseload Develop, implement, and assess individualized behavior intervention plans Train and guide school staff and stakeholders on behavioral strategies and interventions Directly supervise a designated behavioral health contractor to ensure fidelity of services and compliance with best practices Maintain accurate notes, progress updates, and documentation in accordance with school and professional standards Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to foster a supportive learning environment This role is well-suited for a compassionate and organized BCBA who thrives in a school environment and is committed to making a meaningful difference for students and staff.
