What you bring:
Active certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Extensive hands-on experience in behavioral intervention, preferably in a school environment Proficiency in ABA principles, data collection, and progress monitoring Up-to-date training in restraint and seclusion, with a deep understanding of ethical guidelines and safety protocols Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with students, families, and educational teams A compassionate, patient approach with a commitment to fostering students positive growth In this role, you will: Deliver direct behavioral support and interventions to students per individualized education plans and behavior plans Collaborate with teachers, school psychologists, and other professionals to assess needs and track progress Document outcomes, behavior incidents, and maintain accurate records Participate in team meetings to review cases and adapt interventions as necessary Ensure all practices adhere to current legal, ethical, and district guidelines This is a rewarding opportunity to leverage your skills and training in an impactful environment where every day brings new opportunities to facilitate positive change.
