Job Description

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity providing specialized support to students as a Registered Behavior Technician in the Cary, NC area. This full-time, on-site role will place you in a supportive school setting with an itinerant assignment, working directly with one or two students at a time. Your expertise will help foster meaningful progress for students in need of behavioral supports and guidance. Anticipate starting at the beginning of November, following interviews in October, and continuing through early June. School assignment will be finalized upon placement, and youll join a collaborative team dedicated to making a measurable difference in students academic and social development.
Key Qualifications:
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential with national certification Experience supporting children and adolescents in school or clinical settings Proficiency in implementing individualized behavior intervention plans Strong communication skills to collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals Flexibility for an itinerant schedule across campuses as needed Commitment to confidentiality and adherence to best practices in behavioral health
Typical Responsibilities:
Deliver behavior-analytic services under the supervision of a BCBA in educational environments Work 1:1 or 1:2 with students requiring support in behavior regulation, social skills, and academics Collect accurate behavioral data and report progress to supervising clinicians and teachers Help implement positive reinforcement strategies to encourage student growth Foster a supportive setting where students can develop essential interpersonal and academic skills If youre looking to build your skills and make a direct impact, this contracted position offers the chance to utilize your RBT expertise in a dynamic school environment.
