We are building our team from the ground up with a focus on clinical excellence, ethical practice, and long-term growth. This is a unique opportunity to join early and play a key role in shaping the clinical direction of the organization. Position Overview We are seeking a highly competent and motivated BCBA to provide clinical oversight, develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs/BTs, and collaborate with families and other professionals. For the right candidate, this role has a clear pathway to a Clinical Director position as the company scales. Key Responsibilities Conduct assessments (e.g., FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans Supervise and mentor RBTs/BTs to ensure high-quality service delivery Provide parent training and ongoing support Monitor client progress and adjust programming accordingly Maintain accurate and compliant documentation Collaborate with schools, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams Assist in building clinical systems and standards as the company grows What Makes This Role Different Early-stage leadership opportunity with real influence Clear growth track to Clinical Director Flexible scheduling and potential for hybrid/remote supervision Supportive ownership focused on building something meaningful, not just scaling volume Qualifications Active BCBA certification in good standing Experience supervising RBTs and managing cases independently Strong clinical judgment and ethical decision-making Excellent communication and organizational skills Experience with Medicaid and insurance-based services preferred Comfortable working in a startup-style environment (adaptable, proactive, solution-oriented) Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly or salary structure (based on experience) Performance-based growth opportunities Flexible schedule Potential leadership compensation as role expands How to Apply Please submit your resume along with a brief note about your experience and interest in a growth-focused role.
