Job Description
Blossom ABA Therapy is hiring a bilingual Registered Behavior Technician to provide culturally responsive, one-to-one ABA services to children with autism and support clear communication with families. The required second language and proficiency expectations are identified during the hiring process for the assigned market and client needs. What You Will Do Deliver direct ABA services under BCBA supervision. Implement treatment protocols and collect accurate session data. Use the required language appropriately when supporting client and caregiver communication. Complete timely session documentation and communicate relevant observations to the clinical team. Participate in supervision, training, and competency reviews. Follow clinical, ethical, privacy, safety, and documentation standards. Travel reliably to assigned service locations. Qualifications Active RBT certification through the BACB. Professional proficiency in English and the additional language required for the assigned client or market. High school diploma or equivalent. Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred. Reliable transportation and availability for the schedule listed in the posting. Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
