Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) ABLE Kids | Full-Time | Monday-Friday | No Weekends Make a Difference Every Day Do you love working with children and want a career where your work truly matters? Starting pay of $18/hour Raises every 6 months for up to 2.5 years Guaranteed 40-hour work week Monday-Friday, 8:25 AM - 4:30 PM No evenings or weekends $250 sign-on bonus for certified RBTs Paid RBT certification training for new hires What You'll Do Provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children ages 2-6 by: Teaching communication, social, play, and daily living skills Encouraging independence and confidence Tracking progress and celebrating milestones Partnering with families and clinical teams Creating a positive, engaging learning environment Qualifications High school diploma or GED required (college coursework preferred) Positive, dependable, and compassionate attitude Passion for working with children Ability to pass a background check and complete CPR training Current RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification (training provided) Benefits & Perks Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with 4% company match $50,000 employer-paid life insurance 3 weeks PTO 8 paid holidays Birthday off with pay $50 monthly attendance bonus $50 monthly documentation bonus Monthly incentive bonus after one year of employment Why ABLE Kids?
