Registered Behavior Technician/Applied Behavior Analysis Tech Job Description Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Technician / Applied Behavior Analysis Technician (ABAT) - Pediatric Autism Therapy Lumberton, NC and Elizabethtown, NC $18-$22 per hour Full-Time | Afternoon Availability Required A New Leaf Therapeutic Services is seeking compassionate and motivated Behavior Technicians / Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) or Applied Behavior Analysis Technicians (ABATs) to join our growing ABA therapy team. Our clinicians provide evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism across home, clinic, school, and community settings. As an RBT, you will work one-on-one with children to help them develop communication, social, and life skills that support independence and long-term success. Qualifications Required High school diploma or GED Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to pass background checks Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Availability to work with clients until at least 5:30 PM Preferred Experience working with children Interest in psychology, behavioral science, or special education Certification Candidates must obtain the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Applied Behavior Analysis Technician (ABAT) credential within three weeks of hire.
