Job Description

Blossom ABA Therapy is hiring a BCBA to provide ABA services through a hybrid model. This position combines telehealth responsibilities with in-person services, supervision, caregiver collaboration, or field visits as required by the posted market, payer rules, client needs, and state licensure requirements. 50% of services can be done remotely and 50% of services need to be done in-person. What You Will Do Complete assessments, treatment plans, reassessments, and program updates. Deliver remote and in-person clinical services according to client need and the work model listed in the posting. Analyze client data and make timely, clinically sound treatment decisions. Supervise RBTs and BTs through effective observation, coaching, and performance feedback. Partner with caregivers and other professionals to support consistency across settings. Maintain accurate documentation and comply with payer, privacy, telehealth, and state requirements. Communicate schedule, technology, travel, and service barriers promptly. Qualifications Current BCBA certification in good standing. NC LBA. Live in or within 40 miles of NC. Experience with supervision, treatment planning, data analysis, and caregiver collaboration. Reliable internet, a private work environment for telehealth, and ability to travel when required. Strong independent work habits and responsive communication.
