Job Responsibilities:
Work with a BCBA supervisor to deliver quality ABA therapy as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). Provide in-home and community-based interventions, utilizing ABA principles as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition during sessions using our Rethink software. Communicate with behavior analysts and coordinators to ensure accurate and timely reporting of progress. Complete daily progress notes and maintain accurate records as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to monitor client progress effectively.

Qualifications:
High school diploma required (Bachelor's preferred or in progress). Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential required. Experience with children, autism, or ABA is preferred. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Clear level-two background check and verifiable references.
Work Location:
Gatesville, GA (Relocation required).
