As an RBT, you will work closely with licensed behavior analysts to implement personalized care plans within home-based and community settings, ensuring each individual receives compassionate and effective support. Duties Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as grooming, feeding, and hygiene to promote independence and skills development Collect and record behavioral data accurately during therapy sessions to monitor progress and inform treatment adjustments Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy protocols designed by supervising behavior analysts to address specific client needs Support clients in developing communication, social, and adaptive skills through engaging teaching techniques Maintain detailed medical documentation and behavioral records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies Collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, and other professionals to ensure consistency across environments and support systems Follow ethical guidelines outlined in the Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts while delivering direct behavioral therapy Skills Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, especially autism spectrum disorders Strong understanding of behavior management strategies and behavior analysis principles Ability to assist with ADLs and implement behavior intervention plans effectively Proficient in data collection methods related to behavioral health and medical documentation standards Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to client care and behavioral health services Excellent client communication skills to build rapport and support positive outcomes Home-based behavioral experience or school experience working with individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders is highly desirable This role is ideal for compassionate, motivated individuals eager to contribute to meaningful change through specialized behavioral support.
