Job Description
Precision Recruiting is partnering with an ABA organization seeking quality BCBAs. This is an hourly position, paying $80-$100 per hour . We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis and a genuine passion for supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and autism. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions that improve the quality of life for the clients you serve. Develop and implement individualized ABA treatment plans. Monitor progress and adjust interventions based on data. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams. Train and support staff on ABA-based strategies and behavior management. Maintain accurate documentation of treatment plans, progress notes, and updates. Conduct diagnostic evaluations and recommend appropriate interventions. Required Skills Experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities. Strong assessment and diagnostic evaluation skills. Knowledge of ABA methodologies, principles, and best practices. Experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum. Ability to collect, interpret, and apply data to guide treatment decisions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to client needs.
